Building a truly ambitious company is never a straight line. Along the way, even the most committed teams can experience unexpected changes. Recently, we had to part ways with a key team member whose technical expertise helped us move at record speed, who made the admirable decision to focus fully on his family as he prepares for a new chapter in life.
While we’ll miss his expertise, we wish him nothing but happiness in this important journey. Changes like these are always difficult, both professionally and personally, but they are also part and parcel of any real entrepreneurial journey.
What’s important is that North Atlantic’s mission is unchanged. Our vision – delivering sovereign, compliant AI for Europe – remains stronger than ever. Product development continues, and we are still on track with our roadmap and commitments. The rest of the team has stepped up, and I’m more confident than ever in our ability to deliver.
No one likes setbacks, but they don’t define us. In fact, they strengthen our resolve and force us to adapt, evolve and improve. We are already exploring new partnership opportunities to reinforce our core, and as always, we welcome connections with like-minded professionals who share our values.
The work continues. Our clients and partners remain our top priority and we are fully operational – still moving forward, still building and still committed to making a real difference in the European AI landscape.
